Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fanamoris ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Fanamoris, whether as a subscriber or a creator. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction.

The Platform contains adult content including artistic nudity. Access is strictly limited to adults. If you are under 18, you must leave the Platform immediately.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to premium content requires an active subscription. The subscription fee is $100 USD per month, billed on the 1st of each calendar month. Your first payment covers the prorated remainder of the current month.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges to your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds are issued.

All prices are in USD. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card issuer.

5. Creator Terms

Creators are users approved by Fanamoris to publish content on the Platform. Approval is at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time.

Earnings:Creators earn a share of subscriber revenue based on engagement. Each month, 80% of each subscriber's payment ($80) is distributed among the creators whose content that subscriber clicked. The per-click value equals $80 divided by the subscriber's total clicks that month. Creators with no clicks in a given month receive no payout for that month. There is no guaranteed minimum payout.

Payouts: Earnings are paid monthly via PayPal to the email address registered in your creator settings. You are responsible for ensuring your PayPal details are correct. We are not liable for failed payments due to incorrect information. Creators are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on earnings.

Content responsibility: Creators are solely responsible for the content they upload. By uploading content, you confirm you own or have the right to use it, and that it complies with these terms and all applicable laws.

6. Content Policy

Fanamoris permits artistic nudity. All uploaded content is subject to review by our team before publication and may be rejected or removed at our discretion.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Any content involving minors in a sexual or suggestive context
• Non-consensual sexual content or content depicting real people without their consent
• Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Content that violates the intellectual property rights of others
• Spam, misleading content, or content designed to defraud
• Content that violates any applicable law

Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of the content they upload. By uploading content to Fanamoris, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute your content on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service.

The Fanamoris name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or download content
• Redistribute, resell, or share premium content outside the Platform
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or creators
• Circumvent or manipulate the Platform's payment or earnings systems
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fanamoris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.
